Building Owners & Contractors
Building owners and building contractors can be confident when specifying PTIA members for contracts, that all PTIA members have been fully accredited, saving you time and the cost of conducting separate verification processes.
Due to the PTIA’s strict membership criteria, all members are verified annually by independent third party certifiers. By choosing a PTIA post-tensioning contractor, you can be assured that their materials and equipment suppliers will comply with relevant Australian standards.

Post-tensioning Contractors
Post-tensioning contractors demonstrate a high level of competency by holding a PTIA corporate membership.
All corporate members of the PTIA, have been verified through independent certification. It is recognised that they have met specific QA specifications, maintain specific minimum insurance levels, maintain QA, OH&S and Environmental management plans, and maintain trained and qualified staff.
It is the aim of the PTIA that client organisations will specify or give preference to PTIA corporate members for post-tensioning contracts.

Materials and equipment suppliers, consulting firms and software providers
As a materials and equipment supplier, consulting firm or software provider, your Associate Membership demonstrates your specific levels of competence, as well as being preferred suppliers by post-tensioning contractor members.
